I've been thinking about this question for a while... Literally every time I begin a new workout regimen, I try to get in the groove of what to eat and when .... it's something I'm working on. Any tips?

There are things that I can work on with my daily eating habits. I do aim to have nutrient dense meals. With that being said I do enjoy a piece of cake because we need balance in life! I’m a work in progress. To answer the question: for the most part my eating habits align with my fitness goals.
