This class was designed specifically for Nobalti, with a goal to help the community get their heart pumping, body moving and having fun doing it. You’ll learn moves that you can also use for your at-home workout experience and when you're in the gym.
You’ll boost your confidence, better your physique, and learn real-life applicable self-defense skills! You’ll gear up with your gloves and hit the bag , getting stronger with each blow.
About Coach Spencer
Coach Spencer is a boxing fitness trainer with over five years of martial arts training. Spencer has taught both boxing and kickboxing at several gyms over the past year working with all ages and experience levels. Spencer prides himself on mental and physical wellness for clients as he works in the field of counseling outside of the gym. As a trainer, he aims to boost your confidence, better your physique, and teach real-life applicable self-defense techniques. Tap in with Spencer for fight-ready fitness!

Walk over to the park for a cool down - the perfect movement right after a high-impact workout. Then join the soach as she walks us through a series of stretches that reduce tension and increase flexibility.
The cool-down phase allows our muscles to go from hyperactive to a low pace everyday movement.
Smoothies & Herbal Wellness Discussion: Building Your Body from the Inside Out with Seasonal Herbs
As we move into the fall/winter season, it's important to keep our immune systems strong. Zola's Original Herbal Remedies, a family-owned business that has been creating all-natural herbal remedies for nearly 30 years, is here to guide us.
We'll create our own immune-boosting herbal blends together, using 3 herbs. We'll also have a discussion throughout the process, making it an interactive experience.
In this discussion, we’ll discuss the following topics:

- The taste and aroma of herbs
- How to choose the right herbs for your individual needs
- How to use herbs in cooking, smoothies, teas, and more
